🔍 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst (Operations), you will act as a critical link between customers, sales teams, and the solutions/engineering team. Your role will ensure that business needs are accurately understood and effectively implemented.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and operational pain points
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to map customer workflows across the supply chain and operations
  • Translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
  • Create detailed documentation, including:
    • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
    • Process flows
    • User stories
  • Lead pilot deployments, gather feedback, and refine solutions
  • Oversee solution rollout and delivery, ensuring smooth implementation
  • Act as the primary customer point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Analyse operational and customer data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Train customer teams and ensure platform adoption and usability
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams

🎯 Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in:

✅ Preferred Background

Candidates with domain expertise in the following areas will be strongly preferred:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics & Distribution
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Experience working directly with factory floors or warehouse environments
  • Understanding of Indian manufacturing and operational ecosystems
  • Prior exposure to customer-facing roles or solution consulting
