Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to ensure alignment across teams.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), user stories, and use cases.
• Design process flow diagrams to visualize system and workflow improvements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and recommend continuous improvements.

SharePoint Development & Administration

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions.
• Build and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and automated workflows.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • Power BI dashboards
• Manage user permissions, governance frameworks, and security policies.
• Implement document management and enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Configure SharePoint forms, metadata structures, and content types.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for SharePoint environments.
• Ensure platform performance, compliance, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Analysis methodologies and documentation (BRDs, FRDs).
• Hands-on expertise in SharePoint development and administration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Solid understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
