Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to ensure alignment across teams.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), user stories, and use cases.
- Design process flow diagrams to visualize system and workflow improvements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and recommend continuous improvements.
SharePoint Development & Administration
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions.
- Build and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and automated workflows.
- Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Power BI dashboards
- Manage user permissions, governance frameworks, and security policies.
- Implement document management and enterprise collaboration solutions.
- Configure SharePoint forms, metadata structures, and content types.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for SharePoint environments.
- Ensure platform performance, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Analysis methodologies and documentation (BRDs, FRDs).
- Hands-on expertise in SharePoint development and administration.
- Proficiency in Power BI, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Solid understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
