💡 Role & Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Volt Money, you will take full ownership of analytics workflows—from problem definition to actionable insights. Your key responsibilities will include:

🔍 Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse business funnels, conversion rates, turnaround time (TAT), and performance metrics
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decisions
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for business and data-related issues

🧠 SQL & Data Handling

  • Write complex SQL queries using Amazon Athena and Amazon Redshift
  • Work with joins, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), window functions, and funnel queries
  • Debug data mismatches and ensure data accuracy across systems

📊 Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
  • Support reporting needs for Product, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

⚙️ Tools & Technologies

  • Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, validations) for data analysis
  • Apply basic Python for data cleaning and validation
  • Work with AWS services such as S3 and CloudWatch for data monitoring

📣 Stakeholder Communication

  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with business goals

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

🔑 Must-Have Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analytics (preferably in fintech or startups)
  • Strong SQL expertise (mandatory)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, validations)
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (QuickSight or Power BI)
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation
  • Exposure to AWS tools like Athena, S3, and CloudWatch
