As a Business Analyst specializing in ALIP or FAST, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role demands a strong understanding of insurance processes along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables align with organisational goals and client expectations. Your expertise in insurance platforms like ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform) or FAST (Flexible Architecture, Simplified Technology) will be instrumental in driving solution design and implementation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs
  • Leverage ALIP or FAST platforms to design effective insurance solutions
  • Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement elicitation sessions
  • Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, use cases, and process workflows
  • Partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in end-user training
  • Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiency enhancements

  • Strong hands-on experience with ALIP or FAST platforms
  • Deep understanding of the insurance domain (life insurance preferred)
