As a Data Analyst at Unloq, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s data strategy and product direction. Your responsibilities will include:

📊 Dashboard & Reporting Development

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports from scratch.
  • Ensure key business and product metrics are accurate, visible, and actionable.
  • Create scalable reporting systems that support both operational and strategic decisions.

📈 Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business trends.
  • Identify hidden patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.

🔍 Root Cause Analysis

  • Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to investigate unexpected metric shifts.

  • Monitor and maintain data pipelines for reliability and consistency.

  • Contribute to building intelligent systems such as:

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate a strong mix of technical expertise and analytical thinking:

🧠 Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Proven ability to transform raw data into actionable insights independently.

💻 Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (including stored procedures, views, and performance tuning).
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or similar OLAP databases.
