About the Role

As a Junior Analyst at Publicis Media, you will support our analytics and media teams by extracting, organising, and interpreting data from multiple internal sources. You will contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting while helping uncover insights that improve campaign performance and business outcomes. This role offers hands-on learning and a strong growth path within digital analytics and media operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organise data from various internal systems and platforms.

  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for internal teams.

  • Analyse campaign or business performance to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Maintain dashboards and update operational trackers regularly.

  • Support internal teams with their data and reporting requirements.

  • Prepare presentations, performance reviews, and insight summaries.

  • Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability across all reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across analytics, media, and operations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning)

  • Basic understanding of data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present numbers clearly

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Eagerness to learn digital/media platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems


Good to Have (Optional)

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, Data Studio, or similar analytics platforms

  • Internship experience in analytics, digital marketing, or media operations

  • Basic knowledge of SQL (not mandatory but a plus)
