Job Description

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will support data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting initiatives to help drive key business insights.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about data analytics, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources.

  • Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.

  • Support the creation of dashboards and visual reports for management and business teams.

  • Assist in maintaining data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements.

  • Generate ad-hoc reports and perform exploratory data analysis.

  • Document data processes, methodologies, and findings clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related domain (internship or academic project experience accepted).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation and querying.

  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Familiarity with Python or R for analytical tasks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation.

  • Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

  • Exposure to statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and automation tools.

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) is an added advantage.
