Role: Data Analyst – Full Time (On-Site, Bengaluru)

The Data Analyst plays a strategic role in supporting pre-sales engagements, analysing complex datasets, delivering actionable insights, and designing analytical solutions that support business operations. You will work closely with senior leaders, engineering teams, and global stakeholders to build a strong data-driven foundation for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales and Consulting Support

  • Collaborate in pre-sales activities by providing analytical inputs, data-driven recommendations, and solution design support.

  • Work with hardware/software engineering teams to understand client requirements and translate them into data-driven frameworks.

  • Support consulting functions involving program design, report design, data feed architectures, and analytics planning.

2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyse complex and large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Track key metrics, measure performance, and ensure data accuracy across reports and dashboards.

  • Generate reports, charts, graphs, and visualisations to support high-impact business decisions.

3. Reporting & Presentation

  • Design and implement analytical and presentation formats tailored to business needs.

  • Present insights visually and verbally to management teams, senior decision makers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely delivery of analytical outputs while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

4. Data Processing & Documentation

  • Process, clean, transform, and validate large datasets for analysis.

  • Document workflows, report generation processes, and data structures to ensure transparency and repeatability.

  • Assist in improving internal data workflows and contribute to the continuous enhancement of data quality.

5. Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple simultaneous tasks with precision and strong time-management skills.

  • Take ownership of assignments, work independently, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.

  • Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by leadership when needed.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in any relevant discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)
