About the Role

As a Junior Data Analyst at Innovara Tech, you will work closely with senior analysts, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, interpreting, and presenting business data while contributing to the continuous improvement of our data systems and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Data Collection & Processing

  • Gather data from internal systems, digital platforms, databases, and external sources.

  • Clean, validate, and preprocess data to maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining data collection pipelines and storage systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform basic statistical analysis to interpret patterns and correlations.

  • Analyse datasets to identify trends, anomalies, or operational insights.

  • Prepare regular reports for business teams and leadership.

Data Visualisation & Business Insights

  • Create dashboards, visualisations, and KPI reports using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Present findings in a clear, meaningful, and actionable format.

  • Support various departments by understanding their data needs and delivering insights that drive business decisions.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior data analysts and domain experts.

  • Participate in internal discussions to understand business priorities.

  • Provide analytical support for ongoing projects, special initiatives, and strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).

  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying (preferred).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.

  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.

  • Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 0–1 years of experience; freshers and entry-level applicants are strongly encouraged.

  • Relevant internships, academic projects, or certifications in analytics will be considered an advantage.
