About the Role

ATC is hiring IT Recruiter Interns to join its US staffing team in Chennai. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles within the US job market. Candidates will gain exposure to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiations while working with global hiring managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in building a career in US IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage candidate pipelines through multiple recruitment platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

  • Screen applicants, assess fit, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Handle offer negotiations and support onboarding processes.

  • Collaborate with US recruiters and hiring managers to fulfil client requirements.

  • Manage multiple job requisitions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure high-quality recruitment delivery under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of recruitment experience (internships included)

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with US recruitment processes and IT/non-IT job markets preferred

  • Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
