About the Role

We are hiring a Human Resource Executive (Remote) to join our dynamic and fast-growing HR team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement who thrive in a digital, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

You’ll play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions—from talent acquisition to employee engagement and compliance—ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.

• Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.

• Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities efficiently.

• Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a strong workplace culture.

• Assist in performance management, appraisal cycles, and feedback processes.

• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company HR policies.

• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for management review.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.

• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment laws.

• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Zoho, Keka, GreytHR, or similar).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs).

• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

• Experience working in a tech/startup or remote-first organization.

• Familiarity with HR analytics or reporting tools.

• Exposure to talent management and learning & development (L&D) activities.
