Now, we’re looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our Bengaluru team on a 1-year contractual basis.
About the Role
Are you ready to turn complex data into meaningful business insights that influence real-world decisions?
As a Data Analyst at H&M, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse and interpret large data sets to uncover actionable insights that support business decisions.

Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business Experts to build and refine data products.

Prepare and validate data for analysis while ensuring high data quality and accuracy.

Create visual dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or BigQuery to communicate findings effectively.

Document your analysis, methods, and outcomes to ensure clarity and transparency for stakeholders.

Contribute to internal Communities of Practice by sharing learnings and fostering innovation.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a data-driven problem solver with a passion for fashion and innovation. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and love turning complex challenges into clear insights.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus.

Hands-on experience with Excel and BigQuery; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is advantageous.

Experience in data visualisation and statistical analysis using Power BI or similar tools.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
