About the Role

Are you a passionate freelance content writer who loves crafting in-depth, long-form articles that truly connect with readers?
InspireBits is looking to hire 2–3 experienced long-form content writers for a long-term freelance partnership.

If you take pride in delivering well-researched, polished, and engaging content written for a US-based audience, this role is perfect for you. We’re looking for professionals who treat each article as a product — with depth, clarity, and reader value at its core.

What You’ll Write About

You’ll create high-quality content around topics such as:

  • Antiques, crafts, and collectables

  • Lifestyle and cultural themes

  • Creative and heritage-inspired topics

Our goal is to engage and inform US readers through thoughtful, authentic storytelling — not AI-generated or generic writing.

What We Expect

✅ Proven experience writing long-form content (1,500–2,500 words) for a US audience
✅ Excellent command of American English — tone, grammar, and cultural context
✅ Strong research skills — fact-checking, source citation, and example inclusion
✅ Ability to write with voice and personality — engaging, conversational, and reader-friendly
✅ A commitment to quality and deadlines — minimal revisions and professional output
✅ 100% original, human-written work (no AI-generated content)

What We Don’t Expect

🚫 Poorly written, shallow, or generic content
🚫 Repetitive work requiring heavy revisions
🚫 Writers treating this as a casual side gig
🚫 Any form of AI or machine-generated writing

Hiring Process

Step 1: Initial Interview with HR
We’ll discuss your experience, expectations, and alignment with our work style.

Step 2: Sample Writing Task
A short sample will be given to shortlisted candidates after the first screening.
(Note: This is an unpaid evaluation task to assess clarity, quality, and style consistency.)

Step 3: Discussion with Senior Team Members
If your work meets our standards (90–95% alignment), we’ll move forward with a final discussion.

Step 4: NDA & Freelance Agreement Signing
Before starting work, all selected candidates will sign an NDA and a freelance contract.
