Job Overview

We are hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at SparkNova Tech Solutions, you will:

  • Collect, clean, analyse, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources.

  • Build interactive dashboards, automated reports, and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

  • Identify patterns, correlations, and trends that help solve business challenges and improve performance outcomes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytics needs and deliver actionable recommendations.

  • Prepare clear, engaging presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting processes and analytics workflows.

  • Assist senior analysts in building predictive models and forecasting tools for business planning.

  • Support ongoing data improvements by documenting processes, optimising datasets, and standardising reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytics discipline.

  • 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).

  • Basic exposure to Python or R for data manipulation or analysis.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down complex data insights for non-technical audiences.

  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
