Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Data Analyst – Sales/Revenue Operations to support sales leadership with data-driven insights, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. This role will work closely with commercial and finance teams to optimise sales strategy, operations, and growth.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced quantitative and business analysis

Translate large, complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Support global commercial leaders with opportunity sizing, KPI tracking, and performance analysis

Provide analytics and reporting for sales forecasting, pipeline health, quota and goal setting

Analyse compensation structures, seller performance metrics, and quarterly business reviews

Contribute to the development of sales strategy, processes, and operating procedures

Build dynamic models, automate reporting, and handle large-scale data analysis
Required Skills & Must-Haves

Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets

Proven expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and dashboard creation

Ability to analyse large datasets and convert them into clear, actionable business insights

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and senior leadership
Experience & Qualifications
-
3+ years of analytical experience in Investment Banking or Consulting
-
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or FP&A within a technology company
-
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, revenue operations, and business analytics
