Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Risebird, your responsibilities include:

1. Data Collection & Cleaning

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across datasets.

• Prepare structured datasets for advanced analysis and reporting.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential business risks.

• Use statistical techniques and exploratory analysis to uncover insights.

• Support decision-making through clear and concise data interpretations.

3. Reporting & Visualization

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel.

• Present data insights in a clear, intuitive, and user-friendly format for stakeholders.

• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and consistency.

4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and strategy teams to understand data requirements.

• Translate business questions into analytical solutions.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance and user experience.

5. Documentation & Process Management

• Create and maintain documentation for data models, dashboards, analysis processes, and reporting workflows.

• Ensure organized data handling and streamlined analytical operations.

6. Experimentation & Statistical Support

• Assist in A/B experiments, cohort analysis, and hypothesis testing.

• Use statistical methods to evaluate performance metrics and support data-backed decisions.

7. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.

• Suggest improvements, optimization opportunities, and efficiency enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, dashboards, and data manipulation

• 1+ years of experience working with Tableau for data visualization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and transformation techniques

• Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and present findings clearly

• Knowledge of business metrics and performance analysis

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a part-time role

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis

• Knowledge of Power BI or Google Data Studio

• Experience in A/B testing or statistical analysis
