💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at NeuraNX.ai, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and maintaining Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for efficient data ingestion and transformation
  • Building and optimizing data models to support reporting and analytics requirements
  • Executing ETL/ELT processes to ensure smooth data flow across systems
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy across multiple data sources
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate analytics requirements
  • Developing interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
  • Writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis
  • Monitoring pipeline performance and troubleshooting data-related issues
  • Supporting data governance initiatives and maintaining proper documentation

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong analytical mindset and hands-on technical expertise:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Solid understanding of data modelling concepts such as Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and normalization
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server)
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of Azure data services and cloud-based data architectures
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
