About the Role

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our analytics and business teams to clean, analyse, and visualise datasets from various domains. You’ll explore real-world data challenges, build dashboards, perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

This internship is designed to help you gain practical skills using industry-standard tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, R, and SQL. Whether you’re a student, recent graduate, or aspiring data professional, this role will elevate your capabilities and prepare you for full-time analytics positions.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the analytics team, you will:

🔹 1. Perform data cleaning, transformation & validation

Work with raw datasets and ensure they are accurate, complete, and ready for analysis. You will apply techniques like handling missing values, normalising data, outlier detection, and more.

🔹 2. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA)

Use tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R to explore patterns, trends, and insights. Your contributions will support business teams in understanding data behaviour and identifying opportunities.

🔹 3. Build interactive dashboards

Create professional-quality dashboards using:

  • Power BI

  • Tableau

  • Advanced Excel

These dashboards will help stakeholders visualise KPIs, make informed decisions, and track business performance.

🔹 4. Collaborate on real-world projects

You will analyse large datasets from domains like marketing, finance, operations, user behaviour, and product analytics—turning findings into actionable recommendations.

🔹 5. Prepare reports & presentations

Summarise insights using data storytelling techniques and contribute to reports that help teams simply understand complex analytics.

Requirements

We’re looking for enthusiastic learners with strong analytical instincts. You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or Excel

  • Understanding of SQL and database concepts

  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau

  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking

  • A passion for learning and exploring data

  • Prior project, coursework, or portfolio experience (added advantage)
