Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to deliver high-impact, data-driven insights that support business decision-making across multiple domains. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, leveraging modern analytics tools and Microsoft data platforms to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and reporting across business areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and visualisations

• Apply advanced analytical techniques including statistical analysis, forecasting, optimisation, and machine learning

• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and reliability

• Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes for data analysis

• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business partners to meet analytical requirements

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

• Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, KQL, and Python

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft data platforms

• Solid business understanding with the ability to align analytics to business objectives

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
