About the Role

As a Data Analyst within the Enterprise Data Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, governance, and consistency across enterprise systems. You will work extensively with business stakeholders, Data Stewards, and IT teams to analyse, profile, cleanse, and optimize enterprise data across key platforms, including Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Marketo.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Establishing and maintaining data quality standards

  • Supporting enterprise-wide data governance frameworks

  • Assisting with Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives

  • Performing root cause analysis for data inconsistencies

  • Enhancing reporting and dashboarding capabilities using Tableau

This is a strategic role where your insights will directly impact enterprise decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Enterprise Data Analysis

  • Analyse and interpret complex datasets from enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Marketo.

  • Integrate data from multiple source systems, including Snowflake.

  • Identify data inconsistencies, duplication issues, and governance gaps.

🔹 SQL & Python Development

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries across cloud data platforms.

  • Develop scripts using Python for data transformation, cleansing, and automation.

  • Ensure performance optimization and accuracy in data extraction processes.

🔹 Data Governance & Data Quality

  • Collaborate with Data Stewards to resolve governance issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.

  • Establish and document data quality standards and policies.

  • Support ongoing compliance with enterprise data governance frameworks.

🔹 Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Assist in maintaining consistent master data across systems.

  • Support synchronization between CRM, ERP, and marketing automation tools.

  • Contribute to MDM process improvements and automation initiatives.

🔹 Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards.

  • Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and KPIs.

  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

🔹 Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Document methodologies, data workflows, and governance procedures.

  • Identify opportunities for improving data lifecycle processes.

  • Recommend scalable solutions for long-term enterprise data health.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst in enterprise environments.

  • Advanced expertise in SQL and data querying.

  • Strong scripting skills in Python.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Salesforce

    • Oracle ERP

    • Marketo

  • Strong working knowledge of the Snowflake cloud data platform.

  • Proven experience working within a structured Data Governance framework.

  • Experience collaborating with Data Stewards and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) best practices.

  • Experience with data quality or integration tools such as:

    • Syncari

    • Validity

  • Experience with Tableau for advanced data visualization.

  • Exposure to enterprise data architecture and integration frameworks.
