Role Overview: Business Associate (Analytics)

As a Business Associate (Analytics), you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology to solve business challenges, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or similar analytical roles. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.

  • Develop visually rich, interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI to support business leaders with real-time insights.

  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

  • Support new initiatives by participating in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals and contribute to data-driven planning.

  • Participate in data quality improvement initiatives and propose enhancements to analytics workflows and business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in business analysis or analytics roles.

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • SQL for querying large datasets

    • Python for data manipulation and automation

    • Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and charts

  • Experience building Power BI dashboards and visualizations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication abilities for effective coordination with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with BPM tools or process modelling.

  • Exposure to BI tools like Tableau or other reporting platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, or project management tools.
