About the Role

As a Business Analyst at NatWest Group, you will play a critical role in defining, shaping, and delivering solutions that create measurable business value. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to analyse requirements, design future-state solutions, and ensure successful implementation across multiple franchises and group functions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and delivery of complex, cross-franchise and pan-group initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements in alignment with NatWest Group’s strategic principles

• Supporting the analysis of complex cross-functional requirements across multiple business units

• Building, managing, and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers

• Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation to support governance, controls, and quality assurance

• Tracing and linking business requirements to future-state designs and solution architecture

• Identifying and supporting cut-over and implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions

• Creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project lifecycle

• Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting business users during test execution

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs, compliance requirements, and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications:

• A recognized Business Analyst certification, such as:

  • BAX

  • CPRE

  • CBAP
