About the Role

Prithvi Inner Wears is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to evaluate sales, production, market, and consumer data for business expansion and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights that support sales growth, production planning, inventory optimization, and new product development.

This role offers excellent exposure to business strategy, market intelligence, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse primary and secondary sales data across regions, distributors, and retail outlets.
  • Identify sales gaps, underperforming territories, and high-growth opportunities.
  • Study demographic, geographical, income, and consumption trends to forecast demand.
  • Monitor existing product performance and evaluate new product launches.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Compare market demand with production capacity and SKU availability.
  • Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, overstocked, and understocked products.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) using sales insights and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales forecasting, demand planning, and business intelligence reports.
  • Build MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations using Power BI.
  • Assist in territory planning, sales strategy optimization, and beat planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and R&D teams.
  • Evaluate sales team performance and provide data-backed performance insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
  • MBA or PG in Business Analytics, Marketing, or Operations is an added advantage
  • 3–6 years of relevant Business Analyst or Sales Analytics experience
