🔍 Job Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyse, and document business requirements while ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams. You will also support the development and delivery of scalable, efficient, and business-driven technology solutions.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, including BRD, FRD, and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop process flows, wireframes, use cases, and data models
🔹 Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business users, developers, QA teams, and product owners
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment on project scope and priorities
- Facilitate discussions to resolve requirement gaps and conflicts
🔹 Solution Delivery Support
- Collaborate with technical teams during design and development phases
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions
- Assist in change management and user adoption strategies
🔹 Documentation & Governance
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Ensure accurate documentation and version control
- Support compliance, audit, and governance processes
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
🔹 Core Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Effective stakeholder management and facilitation
🔹 Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of process modelling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, ERP, or CRM systems (preferred)
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
