Business Analyst Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Technoloader, you will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle—from initial requirement gathering to post-delivery support. You will work closely with clients, developers, designers, and product stakeholders to ensure business objectives are accurately translated into functional and technical requirements.

This role demands strong analytical skills, clear documentation abilities, and effective communication to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyse. Client business requirements through discussions, meetings, and documentation

  • Prepare detailed SRS (Software Requirement Specification) and BRD (Business Requirement Documents)

  • Act as a liaison between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders

  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including requirement validation and solution clarification

  • Assist in product planning, feature mapping, and roadmap discussions.

  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support UAT, change requests, and post-implementation analysis.

  • Help improve processes by identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment

  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation

  • Hands-on experience creating SRS, BRD, and functional specification documents

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to coordinate effectively between technical and non-technical teams

  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
