Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
Functional Analysis & Requirement Gathering

Understand user expectations and translate them into detailed functional requirements.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and conduct impact analysis.

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business requirements within the development team.

Raise clarifications and ensure complete traceability of requirements.
Knowledge Transfer & Team Enablement
-
Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for development teams.
-
Train developers on functional concepts and resolve domain-related queries.
-
Support the onboarding of peers and ensure functional alignment across teams.
Testing & Validation
-
Lead functional validation and testing cycles.
-
Perform impact assessments and functionality reviews.
-
Certify product releases before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
-
Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance standards.
Agile Participation
-
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including:

Daily Scrums
-
Sprint Planning
-
Iteration Reviews
-
Retrospectives
-

Prioritize deliverables in alignment with sprint goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
-
Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk Management.

Working knowledge of Basel III Liquidity Ratios, including LCR and NSFR.

Solid understanding of Banking Products:

Derivatives

Technical Competencies
-
Experience with conceptual and physical Data Models.

Proven SQL expertise for data analysis and validation.

Strong documentation skills across:

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with user stories, sprint planning, demos, and backlog refinement.
