🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Peerbits, you will:

🔹 Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

  • Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Ensure requirements are aligned with overarching business goals.

🔹 Solution Design & Strategy

  • Conduct market research, user analysis, and process evaluations.

  • Proactively define what needs to be built, how it should be built, and why.

  • Recommend optimal, scalable solutions based on business needs.

  • Contribute to strategic product and process enhancements.

🔹 Stakeholder & Delivery Management

  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, validation sessions, and reviews.
