About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Accenture, you will play a critical role in analysing organisational processes, evaluating current business models, and designing future-ready solutions aligned with technology platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and delivered.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing the current state of business operations, identifying customer and stakeholder requirements, defining the future state, and recommending effective business solutions. You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to decision-making at both team and cross-functional levels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyse organisational processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities

  • Assess current business models and design future-state solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Gather, research, and synthesize business information from multiple stakeholders.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide team members on best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure business-technology alignment.

  • Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to broader project decisions.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to elicit and validate requirements.

  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows clearly.

  • Support project planning activities, including timelines, scope, and deliverables

  • Ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives.

  • Assist in resolving issues across teams by providing structured, analytical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

  • Proven ability to analyse business processes and translate requirements into solutions

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Salesforce Development

  • Experience in Salesforce Testing

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and enterprise systems

Educational Requirements

  • 15 years of full-time education (mandatory)

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience facilitating requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings

  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams

  • Clear understanding of business process documentation and solution design
