Role: Digital Adoption Specialist (IT)

We are seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist who can collaborate with global clients, understand enterprise applications, and develop Digital Adoption Specialist who can collaborate with global clients, understand enterprise applications, and create solutions that drive digital transformation and adoption.

Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer applications, processes, and training needs to improve digital adoption.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, efficient solutions.

  • Ideate, consult, and implement adoption strategies using client product ecosystems.

  • Create engaging content using the client’s Studio Editor tailored to customer use cases.

  • Establish standards and best practices for consistent project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or BCA.

  • 1–5 years of experience in software development, solutions, or professional services.

  • Hands-on expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and REST APIs.

  • Strong understanding of systems architecture and security.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and CLM applications, including Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and Icertis.

  • Active frontend/MERN stack development experience.

  • Strong English communication skills (frequent communication with North American clients).

  • Awareness of global cultures and practices.
