Job Purpose

This position at Bajaj Finance Ltd. focuses on process excellence, sales support, and operational efficiency to drive growth in the Personal Loans & Consumer Services (PLCS) segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and improve KPIs such as query resolution time and repeat queries.

  • Collaborate with Sales & IT teams to reduce sales queries and bottlenecks.

  • Implement process/policy checks on SFDC workflow to minimize leakages.

  • Liaise with IT, Operations, and other teams for quick resolution of sales queries.

  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc data analysis on business metrics.

  • Plan and execute time-bound projects related to Geo-expansion.

  • Coordinate with Admin, IT, and HR for new branch launches.

  • Track and monitor productivity of new branches under Geo-expansion.

  • Deliver critical business projects as assigned.

  • Provide accurate data points for management reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
