Job Overview

Schbang is looking for a results-driven Freelancer Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics, with a strong understanding of brand growth in the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
• Plan, execute, and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid visibility
• Create and manage social media campaigns to boost engagement and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (Freelance experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlinesPreferred Qualifications

• Certification in Google Ads, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Experience working with agencies or multiple brands
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
