Mercer, a business of Marsh McLennan, is seeking a talented professional for a Strategy, Analytics & Operations role in Gurugram, Haryana. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, advanced Excel knowledge, and an interest in improving business processes through data-driven decision-making.

The selected candidate will support reporting, data management, operational efficiency, and business performance tracking. This full-time hybrid role requires employees to work from the office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar and Travel Management: Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, arrange meetings, and support senior management with administrative activities.
• Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Communication Support: Handle calls, respond to emails, and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate business data, improve data quality, and prepare performance reports.
• CRM Management: Work with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM, to monitor sales pipelines, deals, and business metrics.
• Reporting Automation: Automate recurring reports and identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting tasks.
• Operational Efficiency: Support deal desk management, deal tracking, pricing analytics, and workflow improvements.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable, data-driven solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 1–4 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Data accuracy, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-enabled businesses.
• Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or AI-powered productivity tools.
• Understanding of sales funnels, revenue operations, and deal management.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Zoho CRM.
