Business Analyst Job Overview

As a Business Analyst at SuperProcure, you will work closely with clients, project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting project management and implementation activities across multiple clients
• Understanding and documenting business requirements and operational processes
• Prioritizing requirements and coordinating deliverables across projects
• Assisting in preparing business blueprints and mapping client processes to SuperProcure functionalities
• Identifying customization requirements and helping define detailed specifications
• Collaborating with clients to review and approve customization workflows
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
• Working closely with Technical Analysts and developers during implementation
• Helping QA and testing teams create relevant business scenarios
• Assisting Project Managers in project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery management
• Ensuring smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications
