💼 Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with leadership (COO & CEO) on strategic initiatives
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and actionable insights for business use cases
• Define, track, and monitor KPIs to measure business performance
• Build dashboards and automate reporting for data-driven decisions
• Develop alerting systems for proactive business actions
• Contribute across functions: analytics, marketing, operations, and business development
• Solve diverse and evolving business challenges

✅ Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Analytics
• Strong expertise in:
  • SQL (must)
  • Advanced Excel (must)
  • Python or R (must)
• Experience in dashboarding, reporting, or automation (Power BI or similar tools preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
