💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Requirements & Stakeholder Management
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Map business needs to analytical solutions and deliverables
🔹 Data Analysis & Validation
• Write complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation
• Perform data reconciliation and ensure data accuracy
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives
🔹 Testing & Change Management
• Review and audit change requests
• Validate testing strategies and ensure proper coverage
• Evaluate implementation and deployment plans
🔹 Documentation & Process Excellence
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, data mappings, and process flows
• Maintain clear documentation for requirements and solutions
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and standards
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• 10+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst
• Strong SQL expertise (complex queries, validation, reconciliation)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or Rally
• Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in large, matrixed corporate environments
