LaunchDarkly is hiring a Data Analyst – Revenue & Metrics to drive data modeling, metrics standardization, and analytics automation. This role focuses on building scalable datasets, ensuring metric consistency (ARR, NRR, churn), and delivering reliable insights across global teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Data Modeling & Transformation
• Build and maintain scalable data models using tools like Snowflake & dbt
• Translate business logic into clean, reusable datasets
🔹 Metrics Implementation
• Define and standardize key metrics (ARR, NRR, churn)
• Ensure consistency across dashboards and reporting layers
🔹 Automation & Data Pipelines
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to automate workflows
• Reduce manual reporting through pipeline optimization
🔹 Dashboarding & Reporting
• Develop dashboards for business performance tracking
• Deliver reliable and consistent analytics outputs
🔹 Data Quality & Validation
• Validate datasets and resolve inconsistencies
• Perform reconciliation across systems (Salesforce, billing tools)
🔹 Global Collaboration
• Work with teams across US & EMEA
• Deliver insights aligned with global business needs
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI / Analytics Engineering
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Looker (or similar tools)
• Experience in data modeling and dashboard development
• Strong understanding of business metrics implementation
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
