💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 CRM Analytics & Campaign Performance
• Analyze campaign performance across email, SMS, and push channels
• Track key metrics like open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI

🔹 Customer Segmentation & Insights
• Perform customer segmentation for targeted campaigns
• Generate insights to improve personalization and engagement

🔹 Dashboarding & Reporting
• Build dashboards and reports for marketing and business teams
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of campaign performance

🔹 Optimization & Experimentation

🎯 Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM or marketing analytics
• Strong SQL and Excel skills

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Understanding of marketing funnels and customer lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
