• Analyze data to support client business processes and operations
• Apply quality checks and validations on deliverables
• Solve analytical and operational business problems
🔹 Process Improvement
• Execute and enhance predefined operational workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Support development of optimized operational models
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Senior Data Analysts and Delivery Leads
• Coordinate with stakeholders across global time zones
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
🔹 Documentation & Research
• Maintain SOPs, governance frameworks, and documentation
• Conduct secondary research to support client needs
• Assist in testing and implementing new processes
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience with SQL or data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree / MBA (preferred)
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Analytics Consulting
• Exposure to US Healthcare or Managed Markets
• Knowledge of stored procedures and advanced SQL
• Experience working with global teams
