📌 Data Analyst Role Overview
Precision AQ is looking for a Data Analyst to support client operations, analytics, and business processes. This role blends data analysis, operational excellence, and stakeholder collaboration, helping deliver high-quality insights and process improvements across projects.

💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Data Analysis & Operations
• Analyze data and support client operational processes
• Apply quality checks and validations on deliverables
• Solve analytical and operational business problems
🔹 Process Improvement & Execution
• Execute and improve predefined operational workflows
• Identify opportunities for process optimization
• Support development of efficient operational models
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Senior Analysts and Delivery Leads
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones
• Communicate business requirements and insights clearly
🔹 Documentation & Research
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and governance frameworks
• Conduct secondary research to support client queries
• Assist in testing new or updated operational procedures
🎯 Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience with SQL or data analysis tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree / MBA (preferred)
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Analytics Consulting
• Exposure to US Healthcare or Managed Markets
• Knowledge of stored procedures and advanced SQL
• Experience working with global teams
