💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and input financial and non-financial data into internal systems
  • Conduct secondary research using reliable public sources like annual reports, stock exchanges, and regulatory filings
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness in all deliverables
  • Understand workflows, datasets, and internal research tools
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and automation (LEAN initiatives)
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and support workflow enhancements
  • Review and validate transaction data to improve accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality and productivity targets

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Finance (2024 or 2025 graduates)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and research abilities
  • Familiarity with secondary research tools and methodologies
