💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT teams to design systems for new products/services
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Create high-level requirement documents and use cases
  • Support database design and system architecture discussions
  • Coordinate with QA teams and represent business users during UAT
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
  • Ensure smooth stakeholder communication and alignment

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering & analysis techniques
  • Experience with process modeling, use cases, and documentation
  • Knowledge of Retail / Commercial Lending domain
  • Familiarity with SDLC / Agile methodologies
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, and SQL
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent
  • Commerce graduates with strong banking background can also apply
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management (preferred)

  • Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
  • Exposure to Digital Lending / Mobile Banking platforms
  • Certifications like PMP, Scrum, CBAP
  • Understanding of credit bureau systems and AI in finance
