• Gather and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions with risks and impacts

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Prepare functional specifications and user guides (QRGs)
• Support change management and process documentation
• Assist in project planning, scope optimization, and risk assessment
• Resolve business process issues and provide system support

🎯 Skills Required

• Strong business analysis and documentation skills
• Experience in process mapping and gap analysis
• Knowledge of HR processes (Hire-to-Retire, Talent Management, etc.)
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM / Oracle E-Business Suite
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles
