💼 Key Responsibilities
📱 Product & App Analytics
- Analyze user journeys across onboarding, content consumption, and retention
- Track metrics like DAU/MAU, retention (D1/D7), session duration, and churn
- Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements
- Evaluate product features and A/B test performance
🎬 Content Performance Analysis
- Analyze performance of videos, shows, and content formats
- Identify trends like completion rates, binge patterns, and repeat views
- Provide insights to improve content strategy and engagement
📈 Marketing & Growth Analytics
- Analyze app install campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Track CPI, CAC, LTV, and attribution metrics
- Identify high-quality acquisition sources
- Support experimentation on creatives and audience targeting
📊 Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build dashboards for product, marketing, and leadership teams
- Standardize metrics and reporting frameworks
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
🔍 Data Modelling & Insights
- Perform cohort analysis, segmentation, and behavioral analysis
- Identify high-value users and churn signals
- Support forecasting and strategic decision-making
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Marketing, Content, and Tech teams
- Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Promote a data-driven culture across teams
🎯 Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CleverTap
- Knowledge of funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention metrics
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
⭐ Preferred Experience
- Background in digital media, OTT, or content-driven platforms
- Understanding of mobile attribution and growth analytics
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks
- Basic knowledge of Python or R (good to have)
