💼 Key Responsibilities

📱 Product & App Analytics

  • Analyze user journeys across onboarding, content consumption, and retention
  • Track metrics like DAU/MAU, retention (D1/D7), session duration, and churn
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements
  • Evaluate product features and A/B test performance

🎬 Content Performance Analysis

  • Analyze performance of videos, shows, and content formats
  • Identify trends like completion rates, binge patterns, and repeat views
  • Provide insights to improve content strategy and engagement

📈 Marketing & Growth Analytics

  • Analyze app install campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Track CPI, CAC, LTV, and attribution metrics
  • Identify high-quality acquisition sources
  • Support experimentation on creatives and audience targeting

📊 Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Build dashboards for product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Standardize metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency

🔍 Data Modelling & Insights

  • Perform cohort analysis, segmentation, and behavioral analysis
  • Identify high-value users and churn signals
  • Support forecasting and strategic decision-making

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Marketing, Content, and Tech teams
  • Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Promote a data-driven culture across teams

🎯 Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CleverTap
  • Knowledge of funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention metrics
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

⭐ Preferred Experience

  • Background in digital media, OTT, or content-driven platforms
  • Understanding of mobile attribution and growth analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R (good to have)
