💼 Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and specifications
• Create process flows, wireframes, and data mappings
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams
• Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning
• Assist in UAT, test validation, and release coordination
• Perform impact analysis and ensure requirement traceability
• Participate in client meetings and solution discussions

🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems
