📌 Data Analyst Role Overview
Aurora Energy Research is hiring a Data Analyst to lead dashboard strategy and execution within its Software Solutions team. In this role, you will own end-to-end dashboard development—transforming complex data into compelling visual insights that support global energy market decisions.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Own the complete lifecycle of dashboards—from concept to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and requirements
• Design and deliver dashboards for regional power market insights
• Manage roadmap, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Perform data analysis and storytelling through dashboards
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve dashboard performance
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year experience in dashboard development
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
• Experience with Python for data integration (YAML, JSON)
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
➕ Good to Have
• Understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schema, ETL pipelines)
• Familiarity with Git and agile practices
• Knowledge of power/energy markets
