🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Work with large datasets using SQL and Excel
• Translate business use cases into clear functional requirements
• Support ETL and data-driven projects across teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Track project deliverables and support end-to-end execution
🛠️ Required Skills
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ETL processes and large data environments
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Hadoop, Hive, or AbInitio
• Knowledge of Capital Markets (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives)
• Understanding of Risk & Regulatory domains
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies
