🔍 Business Analyst Role Overview

As a Business Analyst – Professional Services, you will drive forecasting analytics, utilization reporting, compensation modeling, and data governance across the organization. You will partner with leadership, Finance, HR, and BI teams to deliver accurate, data-driven insights that support key business decisions and operational performance.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

📊 Forecasting & Utilization Analytics

  • Build and maintain weekly and quarterly forecasting models
  • Analyze utilization, backlog, and pipeline data
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies

💰 Compensation & Bonus Modeling

  • Develop and maintain incentive and bonus models
  • Validate billable/non-billable hours and compensation data
  • Document assumptions, adjustments, and audit findings

📈 Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards
  • Deliver executive-ready reports and insights
  • Collaborate with BI teams to improve automation

🔐 Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data consistency

🤝 Stakeholder & Leadership Support

  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership teams
  • Prepare materials for QBRs and executive reviews
  • Track action items and ensure timely execution

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in business analysis, financial analytics, or operations
  • Strong Excel modeling skills (advanced formulas, audits)
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Professional Services metrics (utilization, backlog, etc.)
  • Exposure to compensation/incentive modeling
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or operations teams

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)

  • Working Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM IST
