We are hiring a Business Analyst (O2C & Collections) with strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, and Collections processes. 🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for collections and payment processes
• Define and optimize Order-to-Cash workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and consultants
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business scenarios
• Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
• Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve functional issues

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Collections
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or NetSuite
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
