As a Business Analyst L3, you will act as a key liaison between customers and delivery teams, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. You’ll play a critical role in solution design, stakeholder communication, and project success.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Engagement & Requirement Gathering

• Understand and analyze RFP/RFI requirements
• Define functional & non-functional requirements
• Create workflow diagrams and specifications
• Collaborate with pre-sales, architects, and tech teams
• Present solutions and gather customer feedback
• Maintain strong client relationships

🔹 Solutioning & Delivery Collaboration

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure accurate solutions
• Review test cases and ensure requirement coverage
• Support QA, UAT, and integration testing
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements
• Assist in project planning and milestone definition
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery

🔹 Knowledge Management & Innovation

• Contribute to whitepapers and research content
• Share domain expertise with internal teams

🧠 Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with data modeling and workflow design
• Knowledge of Agile and project delivery frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
