💼 About the Role
Join the Revenue Operations Intelligence team at Morningstar, where you’ll own core reporting and operational analytics (KTLO). You’ll enable teams to monitor performance, track trends, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Own and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of key metrics
• Monitor data pipelines for quality issues and anomalies
• Handle ad hoc and recurring reporting requests
• Maintain documentation for dashboards and metric definitions
• Partner with engineering and platform teams for data accuracy
• Create data audits and ensure data hygiene
• Support stakeholders with reporting insights and queries
• Contribute to analytics standards and best practices
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years in data analysis or reporting roles
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, reporting)
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
⭐ Good to Have
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or data warehouses
• Background in revenue, sales, or commercial reporting
• Exposure to data governance and analytics QA processes
